These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Stable Energy Ltd website at www.stableenergyltd.com. By using the site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the site.

Note: these are terms for using the website. Separate commercial terms apply when you purchase, take delivery of, or accept service on AVR equipment from us, those terms are in each contract and quotation we issue.

1. Who we are

Stable Energy Ltd, a company incorporated in Kenya, operates this website. Our registered place of business is 19 Athi River Road, Industrial Area, Nairobi, Kenya (P.O. Box 32386 - 00600).

2. Information on this site

We provide product specifications, sizing guidance and technical articles to help you understand Vener 7 AVRs and how to choose the right one. This information is intended as general guidance. It is not a substitute for a site-specific engineering assessment, and we do not warrant that every piece of information on the site is suitable for your particular installation.

Product specifications, model codes and availability are subject to change as the manufacturer updates its lineup. The controlling specification for any equipment you buy is the one on your quotation and on the manufacturer's nameplate, not the one on this website at the time you read it.

3. The sizing tool

The sizing tool produces estimates, not engineering calculations. It does not account for harmonics, motor starting patterns, derating for altitude or ambient temperature, or many of the factors that determine the right AVR for a specific site. Estimates are a reasonable starting point for residential and small-business sites; for factories and industrial sites, you should treat the output as an opening figure for a site visit, not a purchase decision.

Stable Energy Ltd does not accept liability for outcomes that arise from treating the sizing tool's output as an authoritative specification.

4. Your enquiries

When you submit a contact form, sizing request or email, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have authority to provide any commercial information about a third-party site. Any quotation we send is based on what you've told us; a material change on site may require us to re-quote.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or to submit fraudulent enquiries.
• Attempt to access, probe or disrupt our systems, or circumvent any security feature.
