This Privacy Policy explains how Stable Energy Ltd ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares and protects the personal data you provide to us through this website (www.stableenergyltd.com) and in the course of our commercial dealings with you. We are registered in Kenya and our operations are subject to the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019.
1. Who we are

2. What information we collect
We collect personal data you give us directly, which typically includes:
- Contact details, name, company, email address, phone number, site address.
- Enquiry details, the load profile, equipment and sizing information you share in our contact or sizing-tool forms.
- Correspondence, the content of emails, WhatsApp messages, calls and site visit notes.
We also collect limited technical data automatically when you visit the site: IP address, browser type, referring URL, pages visited and time of visit. We use this only to monitor site performance and detect abuse.
3. How we use your information
We process your personal data for the following purposes:
- Responding to enquiries and preparing quotations.
- Sizing, supplying, installing and servicing AVR equipment.

We share personal data only with parties that need it to deliver what you've asked us for:
- Our service technicians (employees and authorised subcontractors) for installation and maintenance.
- The manufacturer (Hindustan Power Products) where your equipment is under warranty and a claim requires their input.
- Service providers that host our website and email (for example, transactional email and cloud providers) under written data processing agreements.
- Authorities where we are required by law, court order or regulator.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with advertisers.
6. International transfers
Some of our service providers (for example, email delivery and analytics) are based outside Kenya. We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months from the last contact, unless you become a customer, in which case we retain commercial and service records for the duration of our business relationship and for a further 7 years thereafter to comply with Kenyan tax and commercial record-keeping requirements.

- Request deletion of your data, subject to our legal retention obligations.
