We are registered in Kenya and our operations are subject to the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019.

2. What information we collect

We collect personal data you give us directly, which typically includes:

• Enquiry details, the load profile, equipment and sizing information you share in our contact or sizing-tool forms.
• Correspondence, the content of emails, WhatsApp messages, calls and site visit notes.

We also collect limited technical data automatically when you visit the site: IP address, browser type, referring URL, pages visited and time of visit. We use this only to monitor site performance and detect abuse.

• The manufacturer (Hindustan Power Products) where your equipment is under warranty and a claim requires their input.
